Prive Holding traces its origins to the establishment of Prive Overseas Marine Company in 2012 at the World Trade Center in Istanbul. As the flagship of the Holding, Prive Overseas Marine continues to operate successfully in all seas of the world by transporting petroleum, petroleum products, chemicals, and vegetable oils. The company manages its global operations from its offices in Istanbul and Dubai. With an annual carrying capacity of 350,000 tons (DWT), Prive Shipping is a prominent figure in the sector, with a year-end target of 500,000 DWT. Transportation services are carried out with MR (medium range) and LR (long range) vessels.

In 2018, the company conglomerated with the desire to expand its activities, resulting in the establishment of Prive Holding. The company now has offices in Istanbul, Geneva, London, and Dubai, enabling it to diversify its operations by evaluating business opportunities in different sectors. Leveraging its experience in commodity trading, Prive Holding has become a leading player in the energy sector with resource management, acquisitions, and agreements.

In 2021, Prive Insurance obtained an insurance license and began operating in this field. Currently, Prive Insurance is conducting operations in 31 provinces of Turkey. In partnership with the Al Hallab group of Lebanese origin, founded in 1881, Prive Holding introduced two gourmet restaurants in Nişantaşı and Fişekhane in Istanbul. Al Hallab Nişantaşı and Fişekhane offer customers the most distinguished flavors of the world and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Prive Holding has also entered the field of Health Tourism with its new brand Prive Health Group, which aims to become the leader in this emerging sector of Turkey, with tourists coming from abroad, particularly from Europe and the Middle East.
