- Our recruitment processes are designed to bring the most suitable candidates with the required competencies for our corporate culture and specific roles into our family.
- Policies and practices for selecting and placing human resources needed by Prive Group companies to achieve their strategic goals and targets are defined before the recruitment process. Our main principle within this policy is to meet the current and future high-potential human resource needs of Prive.
- Selection and placement processes are carried out based on the workforce plan developed for each department and within the framework of the set of main competencies defined for each role.
- We look for specific education, knowledge, and competencies required for the relevant position, as well as personality traits that align with Prive values when considering all potential new team members.

- After the preliminary evaluation of the application processes, candidates who are deemed to be suitable for the role are included in the interview processes.
- The interviews are followed by deciding upon the candidate who is successful in the process and may be the most suitable for the position, and the Reference Check process is initiated before making the job offer. If the reference check results positively, the job offer process continues.
- In the event that the candidate accepts the offer, the start date is clarified for the candidate, the necessary in-company notifications are made and the recruitment process is thus completed.
- At Prive Holding, we determine the remuneration of newly recruited employees based on their job responsibilities, training, experience, and competencies. This helps us to evaluate the value of their work for our company.
- To ensure internal equity and fairness, we adjust our salary bands based on factors such as the position's salary band, market dynamics, national market analyses, and individual case assessments.
- In addition to base salary payments, employees of Prive Holding subsidiaries receive a set of fringe benefits based on their job duties or titles.
Under Labor Law No. 4857, the scope of the principles to be complied with in the leave entitlement of and the use of leave by the employees of Prive Holding and its affiliated companies is determined in accordance with our relevant procedure. Our procedure involves the application of both the regulations set by the law and the leave regulations defined under the initiative of our company.

Performance Evaluation
